We understand that taking on an event can be stressful, but at Cactus Culture we aspire to make the planning process as much fun as the event itself!

1. Connect:
To start the process, pleases submit the inquiry form below. After we receive your form, we’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary planning call. On the call, we’ll discuss your needs, preferences, and budget so we can design a custom event plan just for you.
3. Finalize:
With all decisions finalized and the timelines in place, we put our plan into action. The vendors are booked and any last minute decisions are made.
2. Collaborate:
Now we begin planning! You will receive some concept options and from these options we work together to get it just right! After everything has been discussed, and details have been decided, you will submit a deposit (this goes toward the final cost).
4. Enjoy:
With everything arranged and confirmed, all you need to do is: ENJOY! You can relax and appreciate your event knowing every detail has been decided with care.

Hi! I'm Kristin, the founder and owner of Cactus Culture.
As former Concierge, Corporate Planner, and Event Manager, I have a love for both events and all things Arizona.
"Cactus Culture" refers to the special type of hospitality that is only found here in the desert. Although it is a casual, friendly type of hospitality, the service is always top-notch.
